Return Policy

With each set custom made to fit your little one, We encourage you to supply measurements to ensure a perfect fit. If you have any concerns or questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Since each set is custom made with your measurements, we do not accept returns at this time. If there is a flaw with your item, please contact us within 5 days and we will take care of the issue immediately to fix or replace your item.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank transfers and available funds via PayPal. If you would prefer, you may send a Money Order through the postal service. We do not accept Personal checks at this time.  

Shipping

We strive to ship your order out via Priority Mail within 2 weeks; during the holiday seasons delays could occur. Shipping charges should not exceed the flat rate of $8.10 and whenever possible, we do strive to save you on shipping.

Shipping to Canadian Customers for Priority starts at 16.00. I understand that this price is very high and would be happy to ship your item via a lower postal rate if you prefer. The Lower postal rate will show on your shipping and if you prefer it to be sent priority, please let me know and I will invoice you the difference.

If your set is able to be mailed in a smaller priority box, we do!
